excellent stay near national sports centre

perfect location helpful staff plentiful breakfast

the location allowed easy access to local restaurants and the promenade. the continental breakfast offered a nice view of horse-drawn trams passing. the room included everything needed for a several night stay.

The reception looked unmanned at times. I used a phone to check out.

fantastic location and clean room!

spacious room clean bath warm heating great water pressure

the room was spacious. it had a bath and was very clean. the heating was on and the room was lovely and warm. water pressure was great too! continental breakfast was included. i thought this was great value.

the bed itself is rather uncomfortable if you don't like a firm mattress.

the location was great. it is located close to the town center. plenty of buses stop outside the hotel. it is a fantastic 20 minute walk along the promenade to the city centre.

abstract artwork comfortable armchair broken lift missing hand rails

my suite room provided an abundance of space (i was very happy). the room was decorated with abstract artwork canvases. i found a comfortable armchair and couch, which i put to good use.

the lift was broken. my room was on the top floor, but i was not notified of this (that was unexpected). there were no hand rails available for the stairs.

great location simple but good

clean room comfortable bed early check

my room was clean and well furnished the bed was comfortable. there was a wonderful view of the promenade and the bus stop is right outside. i checked in early around midday which was a bonus for me.

i found that the reception seemed unmanned at times this made check out a little difficult at 11am. i had to use a phone to call them to complete the process. it seems they are calling the regency hotel.
